Is my information safe to shop on your site?
As an honest seller, we guarantee that your personal information is safe with us, we will never leak out your information.
If you’re not happy with the item your receive, we allow an exchange process within 14days after you receive the item, please make sure the returned item is in original condition, hasn’t been wore or washed, brand new with tag and package. Please note that we’re not responsible for any returned shipping cost. We will refund or resend the item for you as soon as we receive your returned package.
How long will it takes for my order to arrive and how much is the shipping cost?
All cycling clothing on our site are FREE SHIPPING by China Post Airmail, as further service for customers, we provide another 4 shipping methods, Singapore/HK Post Airmail, USPS, EMS and DHL. The shipping cost and deliver time depends on the shipping method you choose. Below are the details:
1. China Post Airmail: FREE. Normally, it will takes about 15-30 working days to arrive, some countries may take longer to arrive due to Customs clearance period.
2. USPS: +7$ for each order, For US customers ONLY. Normally, it will takes about 8-18 working days to arrive. Highly Recommended!!!
3. Singapore/HK Post Airmail: +8$ for each order. Normally, it will takes about 10-25 working days to arrive. Highly Recommended!!!
4. EMS: +20$ for each order. Normally, it will takes about 7-10 working days to arrive.
5. DHL: +35$ for each order. Normally, it will takes about 5-7 working days to arrive, remote areas and some countries need to add extra 30$ for each order.
Please Note: As we need some time to process your order, so normally we will send out your goods within 1-3 days after we receive your payment, custom order will needs about 5-7 working days to produce before shipping.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept payment via: Credit Card, Bank transfer, Western Union and Money Gram. Please contact us for Payee information if you would like to pay by Western Union or Money Gram.

I’m big! Can I custom for special sizes such as XS/4XL/5XL?
We custom Plus Sizes XS/4XL/5XL for most of men’s cycling clothing, jersey, shorts, bibs, pants, the price is same as normal size, NO Extra Fee Added.
